Brad Pitt is not letting recent events hold him back. The 60-year-old actor was recently seen preparing for a motorcycle tour of Iceland, just weeks after his 20-year-old son Pax faced a serious accident on his electric bike, as reported by TMZ.
In a video shared on August 22, Pitt appeared in a parking lot with fellow motorcyclists, sporting black gear accented with neon yellow stripes. He was seen putting on his helmet and revving up his bike before taking off.
Pax’s accident occurred in late July when he crashed his e-bike into a parked car in Los Angeles. Eyewitnesses reported that Pax was bleeding from the mouth and appeared disoriented, as he was not wearing a helmet at the time.
“His mouth was filled with blood,” recalled witness Lola Cavalli during an interview with Entertainment Tonight. “He was trying to speak, and blood was coming out.” Pax was taken to the ICU following his injuries but was later released and is now beginning his recovery journey, according to sources.
Despite a complicated relationship with his six children from ex-wife Angelina Jolie, Pitt was reportedly very worried about Pax after the accident. A source mentioned, “Brad still cares a lot about Pax.”
The actor’s relationship with his kids has made headlines recently, with some of them choosing to drop the Pitt surname. Notably, 18-year-old Shiloh officially changed her name earlier this month, following similar decisions by her sisters Zahara, 19, and Vivienne, 15.
Pitt and Jolie, who tied the knot in 2014 after a decade-long relationship, split in 2016. Their divorce has been fraught with disputes, including allegations of abuse that Pitt has denied.
