The divorce saga between Christina Haack and Josh Hall is heating up.
According to a recent report from People, Haack, 41, has reverted to her maiden name amidst the legal turmoil and has accused Hall, 44, of asking for an unreasonable $65,000 monthly spousal support following their short 2-year, 9-month marriage. She argues that Hall, who has been financially independent, doesn’t require any financial assistance, especially considering he recently spent over $70,000 on a car lease.
In response, Hall took to Instagram to deny these accusations, criticizing Haack and her attorney, Matthew S. DeArmey. “Interesting tactic for someone who is a licensed attorney and took an oath of integrity,” he stated, calling the legal claims “riddled with lies.”
A representative for Hall further refuted the claim of high spousal support, stating, “Josh never requested $65,000 in support. That’s false.”
Previously, Haack was married to Tarek El Moussa from 2009 to 2016, sharing two kids, and later to Ant Anstead until their divorce in 2021, with whom she has a son.
Haack and Hall began dating in 2021, got engaged after two months, and married later that year. Their split came in July, after which Haack accused Hall of transferring $35,000 from her account just after she filed for divorce.
The couple has been vocal on social media about their contentious divorce. In August, Haack mocked Hall’s Instagram post featuring a sculpture that read “HOPE,” sarcastically adding that she “HOPE[d]” he received even more than what she previously offered him. Meanwhile, Hall expressed that he “did not ask for the divorce,” hinting at his feelings about the separation.
Now, Hall’s posts hint at a desire for peace amidst the chaos, reminding fans that finding tranquility is possible when life feels unchallenged. Currently, Haack co-hosts a spinoff of Flip or Flop alongside Tarek and his wife, Heather Rae El Moussa.
