Livvy Dunne stepped away from her gymnastics routine and embraced the glamour of the red carpet!
On Wednesday, September 4, the 21-year-old LSU gymnast dazzled at the premiere of The Money Game, a new docuseries set to launch on Prime Video on September 10.
This series highlights the journeys of LSU student athletes who are benefiting from NCAA’s recent NIL (name, image, and likeness) policy, which allows college athletes to earn money through endorsements.
In addition to Dunne, viewers will see familiar faces including 23-year-old quarterback Jayden Daniels and basketball stars like 22-year-old Angel Reese and 20-year-old Flau’jae Johnson. The show is produced by LSU alum and former basketball giant Shaquille O’Neal.
Livvy shared a breathtaking image of her walking the red carpet on her Instagram Story, looking chic in a black off-the-shoulder gown paired with sleek black heels. She kept her accessories minimal with small hoop earrings and a delicate bracelet, allowing her blonde hair to fall freely. The LSU star captioned her post, “Premiere night @primevideo,” along with a playful sticking-out-tongue emoji.
In another story, Dunne showcased the LSU cheerleaders in front of a massive screen where the first episode, titled “The Wild West,” was likely being screened. She expressed her excitement, stating, “first episode… SO GOOD,” accompanied by a starry-eyed emoji.
The star-studded premiere took place on LSU’s campus at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. According to an article on the Daily Mail, Dunne also participated in a roundtable discussion with fellow LSU students such as Flau’jae, Trace Young, and Alia Armstrong after the event.
In July, Livvy confirmed her return for a fifth and final season with the LSU gymnastics team, playing a key role in securing the team’s first NCAA title in April 2024.
The Sports Illustrated model is currently in a relationship with Paul Skenes, a pitcher for the Pittsburgh Pirates. While Skenes spent Labor Day away, Livvy chose to celebrate the holiday with her gymnastic teammates Alexis Jeffrey and Haleigh Bryant.
