Scott Disick, known for his appearance on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, recently delighted fans by posting a rare photo featuring his eldest son, Mason Disick, on his Instagram account. The picture captured a heartwarming moment between the father and his 14-year-old son as they enjoyed a plane ride together. In the selfie, Scott, dressed casually with sunglasses, leans on Mason, who seems to be catching some sleep. Scott’s caption read, “Young blood knocked on the way home. Best friend 4 life.”
The photo garnered lots of attention from fans who commended Scott for being a great father and praised the positive environment in which his kids are raised. Comments flooded in, with one fan expressing, “Such a great father! This kid is being raised in such a great environment. Good for you Scott!!” Another fan echoed similar sentiments, stating, “Always been a Scott fan! He’s real, he’s genuine, he’s funny, he’s got great energy 🔥.”
Some fans voiced their desire to see more of Scott on television, suggesting that he and Khloé Kardashian should have their own show as they are very entertaining. Others mentioned that they no longer watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians without Scott as they find him integral to the show’s appeal.
Mason, who appears to prefer a more private life away from the limelight, started his own Instagram account in May. He recently shared a series of photos with friends, showcasing their outfits during outings to a gas station and Nobu in Malibu. Although Mason mostly hid his face in the pictures, he did reveal it in the final photo with the caption “aura.”
On a different note, Scott has been candid about his struggles with weight gain and how it negatively impacted his life. In a heartfelt conversation with Khloé Kardashian and Kris Jenner on a recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Scott admitted to consuming unhealthy amounts of food, such as an entire box of Hawaiian rolls every night. His weight fluctuations have been a topic of discussion, particularly after a car accident in 2022 that led to a significant back injury and subsequent weight gain.
Scott and his ex-wife, Kourtney Kardashian, share two other children, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 9. Additionally, Kourtney welcomed a son named Rocky with her husband, Travis Barker, in November 2023.
