Prince Harry recently brought some unexpected flair to his appearance on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, just before heading back to the UK for charity work.
During a lighthearted Halloween segment, Harry and Fallon ventured through a spooky “Tonightmares” maze at Rockefeller Center in New York City, with actors lurking to give them a thrill.
As the duo navigated the haunted experience, they couldn’t hide their fright. Harry, caught off guard, let slip a surprised “F***!” prompting laughter from Fallon. Their reactions only intensified when they were hit with a surprising jump scare, leading Harry to playfully shake his fist in mock irritation.
Social media exploded with praise for Harry’s good-natured spirit, with fans calling him “so cool.” One user on X (formerly Twitter) joked, “Please, I’m crying, Harry is such a good sport, I would have been crawling out of there in tears 🤣.” Another quipped, “I guess we’re officially entering spooky season with a prince in tow 🎃.”
Harry filmed the segment while attending philanthropic events at the United Nations and Climate Week in New York. He will soon return to the UK for the WellChild Awards on September 30, an organization he has supported since 2007, helping critically ill children.
This isn’t the first time a royal has ventured into humor on television. Meghan Markle previously took part in a whimsical prank with Ellen DeGeneres on the Ellen Show in 2021, where she followed humorous commands through an earpiece.
Since stepping back from royal duties in 2020, Harry has made a couple of notable appearances on late-night shows. In 2021, he shared a ride with James Corden on an open-top bus for the Late Late Show, and in 2023, he was interviewed by Stephen Colbert during the release of his memoir, Spare.
