It seems like the fiancé of “Teen Mom” Amber Portwood is MIA, and no one has spotted him for days.
So, who’s this Gary Wayt guy? Well, he’s a North Carolina resident who was last seen in Bryson, located about 179 miles to the west of Charlotte. Both Portwood and Wayt, who are 34 years old, were hanging out in a nearby cabin before Wayt vanished into thin air.
Portwood, the reality TV star, reported her fiancé missing on Monday. The sheriff’s office shared with The Sun US that, “He’s missing since the 9th of June. We still are trying to locate him.”
Wayt is 39 years old, drives a grey 2009 Nissan Rogue with Indiana State plates. The local police Facebook page described him as weighing 205 lbs, having brown eyes, and standing at 6’01”. Last seen in Bryson City on Arlington Avenue.
While Portwood hasn’t publicly talked about Wayt’s disappearance yet, an anonymous source mentioned to US Weekly that she is feeling “distraught.”
Portwood and Wayt, with a complicated relationship, began dating late last year. Their engagement followed Wayt’s debut on “Teen Mom.” Interestingly, Portwood’s ex, Gary Shirley, and others from the show’s cast have been rallying support online to find Wayt.
