Bailey Cameron’s Mom Shares Important Update on Missing Marine

Bailey Cameron, a 23-year-old Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton, California, went missing on August 25 under concerning circumstances. His mother reports that he was seen in distress nearly a week later.

Prepping to leave the Corps on September 9, Cameron was last spotted a day after visiting the Coyote Bar and Grill in Carlsbad. He was wearing a black T-shirt and jeans and left the bar alone around 1:30 a.m.

The following day, his personal items—including a backpack, glasses, and cell phones—were found a block from the bar. Cameron is 6’1″ tall and weighs 190 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair.

Since then, there have been unverified sightings around the base. A Marine reported seeing Cameron running toward the ocean in distress on August 31, raising alarms among his family. His mother, Juliette England, expressed deep concern, stating, “We just want to get him across the finish line.”

Cameron was spotted on surveillance footage at an ATM on base three days prior to the sighting, according to reports.

In a heartfelt video shared by the RAD Movement, a nonprofit aiding in the search for missing persons, Cameron’s parents made a public plea for help outside their son’s barracks. “We greatly appreciate anything that you can do to help us find our son,” said his mother tearfully.

“This isn’t typical behavior for Bailey,” his father added, urging social media users to refrain from misdirecting searches.

His parents have traveled from Washington D.C. to Camp Pendleton and have committed to staying until they find him.
