Mary Trump Suggests Donald Trump is Nervous about Kamala Harris

Mary Trump, former President Donald Trump’s estranged niece, believes that her uncle is feeling anxious about Vice President Kamala Harris potentially taking over the Democratic presidential ticket from President Joe Biden.

After endorsing Harris on Sunday, Biden confirmed during a televised speech that he was stepping back from the election to allow a new generation the chance to safeguard democracy from Trump.

Having shifted his focus from Biden to Harris, Donald Trump launched a series of verbal attacks on her, calling her names like “Laffin’ Kamala” and “Lyin’ Kamala” during a rally in North Carolina and on social media.

In a post on her Substack blog, The Good in Us, Mary Trump expressed her belief that her uncle’s attacks on Harris stem from “racism, sexism, and jealousy.” She observed that Donald Trump is feeling panicked because he can no longer rely on attacking his opponent’s age or mental acuity.

Mary Trump wrote, “My uncle is panicking. He’s now facing a powerful Black woman—former prosecutor—who isn’t afraid to stand up to him. His campaign was built on undermining Joe Biden’s age and mental fitness. It’s ironic that now, faced with a younger opponent with a legal background, he finds himself cornered.”

Despite concerns about Biden’s age before his withdrawal, a recent Reuters/Ipsos poll revealed that 53 percent of voters feel that Donald Trump is too old to hold a government position.

Mary Trump also criticized Republicans, labeling them as “racists and misogynists,” and predicted that Donald Trump would launch a slew of negative attacks on Harris in the near future.

She concluded her post by stating that her uncle’s anxiety extends to worries about debating Harris and regret over his choice of Senator JD Vance as his running mate.

“Donald is so nervous that he’s considering skipping the upcoming debate. There are even rumors that he regrets selecting JD Vance as his vice presidential nominee. How unfortunate,” Mary Trump remarked.

Donald Trump has expressed his intention to debate Harris, suggesting that Fox News moderate the next debate instead of the previously scheduled ABC-hosted event with Biden.
