A new photo of Donald Trump with Jeffrey Epstein has sparked discussions online after JD Vance mentioned Epstein in a recent Fox News interview.
In the interview, Vance criticized Vice President Kamala Harris’s economic strategies, likening it to “giving Jeffrey Epstein control over human trafficking policy.” He suggested that the American public isn’t fooled by Harris’s portrayal of a fresh outlook, viewing her as just more of the same.
Following Vance’s comments, an image of Trump, his wife Melania, Epstein, and Ghislaine Maxwell began circulating on X (formerly Twitter). This comes amid reports that Trump’s campaign is utilizing a private jet previously owned by Epstein for their travels.
A tweet featuring the photo and a clip from Vance’s interview has already garnered 831,000 views and 28,000 likes.
A different post with a collage of Trump and Epstein from various events has reached 77,800 views.
Epstein was convicted in 2008 for procuring a child for prostitution and faced serious charges until his death in 2019 while in custody. Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s associate, received a 20-year sentence for her involvement in his activities.
Trump has previously commented on his past friendship with Epstein, stating to New York Magazine in 2002, “I’ve known Jeff for 15 years. He’s a terrific guy, a lot of fun. He enjoys socializing with beautiful women, many of whom are younger.” The two were often seen together during the 1990s until a reported fallout in 2004 over a Palm Beach property deal.
Despite their tumultuous friendship, Trump has consistently denied any awareness of Epstein’s illegal activities. In 2019, he mentioned to reporters, “I had a falling out with him. I haven’t spoken to him in 15 years. I was not a fan of his, that I can tell you.”
