Rudy Giuliani, the former Mayor of New York City and one-time attorney for ex-President Donald Trump, is facing ridicule following the release of his latest mugshot.
Giuliani recently pled no contest to nine felony counts related to his involvement in attempting to overturn President Joe Biden’s 2020 election win in Arizona using fake electoralists.
The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office shared Giuliani’s new mugshot, where he is seen grinning, in stark contrast to his serious expression in the mugshot from Fulton County, Georgia, where he faces similar charges.
The release of Giuliani’s most recent mugshot has stirred up a storm of mockery and criticism on social media.

Reacting to the mugshot, internet celebrity and former federal prosecutor Ron Filipkowski joked about Giuliani’s appearance, while journalist Aaron Rupar expressed his disbelief at the situation.
Others on Twitter chimed in, with Democratic strategist Adam Parkhomenko and various accounts sharing their humorous takes on Giuliani’s mugshot.
The Arizona prosecutors claim that Giuliani and his co-defendants orchestrated a scheme to disrupt the transfer of power to President Biden against the will of Arizona voters.
Giuliani had his mugshot taken around two weeks ago when he pleaded not guilty to all charges during a remote court hearing he represented himself. Despite the gravity of the situation, Giuliani seemed unfazed, even smiling in the new mugshot.
His legal battles are ongoing, with the Georgia case currently stalled pending an appeal for the removal of the District Attorney, while the Arizona case is scheduled to commence on October 17th.
