Last time, we accurately warned against four out of five players, only misjudging Brock Bowers, who surprisingly shined in his debut. This week, let’s examine five players you might want to bench.
1. Zamir White, RB, Las Vegas Raiders
White didn’t impress in Week 1, struggling against the revamped Chargers defense. With only 39% of the snaps and a mere 13 carries compared to backup Alexander Mattison’s 59% and six targets, White’s role is diminishing. Against a strong Ravens team, the Raiders are likely to lean more on their passing game, further limiting White’s opportunities.

2. Jayden Reed, WR, Green Bay Packers
While Reed had a breakout week against the Eagles, don’t get too excited. With Jordan Love potentially sidelined for 3-5 weeks, Malik Willis stepping in is a concerning development. Reed’s success may be tied to Love’s ability, so temper your expectations for Week 2.
3. Cole Kmet, TE, Chicago Bears
Kmet endured a tough Week 1 with only one catch for four yards. The upcoming matchup against a solid Texans defense isn’t likely to turn things around. With possible missing key offensive players, Kmet’s opportunities could dwindle further. He’s best left on the bench this week.
4. Johnson, WR, Carolina Panthers
