This week in the world of pets, we’ve stumbled upon some incredible stories! From a dog that playfully begs to be tucked in, only to morph into a “gremlin,” to another furry friend who can play the recorder better than your average kid, it’s been a delightful time.
Pet of the Week
Introducing our Pet of the Week: Me Meow, a charismatic Maine Coon shared by owner Marianne Dighton. What makes Me Meow unique? This furry fellow has an unexpected fondness for water! More than just a playful pet, he’s Marianne’s best buddy, and his daily shenanigans add a splash of joy to her life.
Meet the Finalists
First up, we have senior service dogs Jeter and Atlas, both rescues with heartwarming stories shared by owner Bill McCabe. Jeter, the bichon frisé, bravely adapted to blindness two years ago, staying playful thanks to his strong memory and Atlas’ support. Atlas, a Maltipoo, overcame tough times of neglect but now radiates health and happiness, bouncing around like a young pup!
Next, meet Stan Lee, a laid-back 4-year-old Maine Coon belonging to Joy Scott. Known for his relaxed personality, he runs the household while indulging in treats. Stan Lee is also quite the learner, picking up a few tricks for his beloved snacks.
And we can’t forget about Rage, a cherished dog remembered by owner Jackee Jackson. Intelligent and fiercely protective, Rage was a valued family member known for her unwavering loyalty.
