As the charming host of the longstanding game show, the 67-year-old comedian showcases his signature hilarious reactions to the contestants’ answers. The show pits two families against each other in a battle to guess the most popular survey responses and rack up points.

Harvey kicked off his career in comedy during the early ’80s and took over hosting duties for Family Feud in 2010 after John O’Hurley. Since then, his energetic approach has made many moments from the show viral hits.
Dad Goals
In one memorable episode, Harvey asked, “Name a reason it would be great to have Steve Harvey as your father?” A contestant answered, “He’s rich,” and Harvey couldn’t help but agree enthusiastically, jokingly prompting the contestant to hit her buzzer faster while giving her high-fives.
Risky Business
Another standout moment featured a contestant responding to “Women love a man in uniform. Men love a woman in what?” with, “In the kitchen.” Harvey raised his eyebrows in mock concern, calling it “the stupidest thing” he’d heard that day.
That’s Not Right…
On a different occasion, when asked for a U.S. state containing a “y,” one contestant humorously exclaimed, “Florida-y!” which sent Harvey into stitches. He later admitted he couldn’t think of one either.
Mocking and Laughing
In another episode, Harvey light-heartedly told a loud contestant to tone it down, mockingly copying her yell. He then posed the question, “Name something you should probably warn a date about before bringing him home?” The contestant responded, “No furniture,” eliciting laughter from Harvey, who jested about her animated delivery.
Wife Wins
Harvey also asked contestants what he likely spends a lot of money on. When one answered “Wife, Steve,” he exclaimed, “Yes!” and jokingly slammed his notecards on the floor, declaring it should be the number one answer.
Feeling Fear
One of the most relatable moments occurred when a participant admitted their greatest fear was their “Wife.” Harvey laughed heartily and shared that he could relate, quipping, “Me too.”
Finger Fun
In a quirky moment, when asking what people put their fingers in, one contestant answered “jelly,” leading Harvey to laugh and pretend to put his fingers in a jelly jar, saying, “Got my hand in this jelly!”
